3 Bedroom Beachfront Villa for the Barn Party's Live Auction on September 27, 2025.

Moondance Villa is located on the island of Antigua in the Caribbean. The English Harbor area features gorgeous water views, sunny skies, historical sites, world class sailing, gourmet dining, hiking trails, and many excursion options.

The Villa has 2 king bedroom suites each with an outdoor shower. The 3rd bedroom called Neptune can be configured as either a king bed or twin beds. Neptune has a separate entrance and is located adjacent to the Villa.

The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, library, living room and a covered Verandah. The Verandah's dining table seats 8 and there is comfortable seating for relaxing outdoors. Steps lead down to the swimming pool and shaded bar area. 

The winning week's stay(s) must be completed by October 30, 2026.

Blackout dates include existing reservations and "peak" periods on the rental calendar. Peak periods include sailing events, carnival, and the holiday season.
