Diana Schnell is a humble and passionate visionary, whose commitment to the special needs community is second to none.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Health Science from Lake Forest College, where she was an All-American swimmer. In 1984 she earned her MBA with High honors and from 1982 to 1984, served on the Lake Forest College Board of Directors.

Prior to realizing her vision and co-founding Equestrian Connection, Diana worked from 1980-1995 in Marketing and Production for both Baxter Healthcare and Medline Industries, Inc.

She is an active member in the Lake Forest Running Club, has competed in 4 Ironman competitions, and raised over $1 million for Equestrian Connection. She’s passionate about connecting and educating others on the value of equine-assisted and other specialty therapies, in support of the special needs population.
